It came into existence in 1981 by the Government of Pakistan with the initial purpose of giving training to the members of Pakistan’s armed forces and after that it was chartered in 1993 and the Prime Minister of Pakistan is its chancellor. The university is basically is the combinations of schools or we can say it as the Multi schools university and it’s headquarter is in Islamabad. In the 2014 QS Ranking the university got the 129th place in the Top Asian Universities in the field of Engineering & Technology. 2-Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS)
The number one university in Pakistan in the Business field according to the ranking of Higher Education commission of Pakistan (HEC) the Lahore university of management sciences commonly known as LUMS got the and spot in our countdown. LUMS serves as the private research university for the country where many foreigners also studying there. It was created in 1984 and was chartered by the Government of Pakistan in March 1985. 3-University of the Punjab

The Governor of Punjab is its chancellor and has multiple campuses in Gujranwala, Khanpur and Jhelum. Here the Undergraduate, postgraduate and Doctoral programs are being offered to the students. 4-Aga Khan University
Establishing in 1983 with the name of famed person Aga Khan 1V private Research University is none other than Aga Khan University. The central campus of the university is situated in Pakistan while the teaching hospitals are located in United Kingdom and African Great Lakes. 6-National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (NUCES)

10-Institute of Business Administration (IBA)

The University of Dhaka came into existence with the collaboration of IBA. It was created in 1955 with the collaboration of University of Pennsylvania and Wharton school and is the only University in South Asia who was established on the USA MBA model.
